Based in Oklahoma City, we proudly ship our roses worldwide! However, we are currently unable to deliver to Asia and select remote regions due to complex agricultural import regulations.
2. What are my shipping options and costs?
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Processed in 1-2 business days and delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer complimentary shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 days after the 1-2 day processing period.
3. How are the roses packaged for shipment?
We take immense care in packaging. Our specialists use specialized materials to protect roots and foliage, maintain moisture, and prevent damage. We also coordinate with carriers for temperature-controlled transport when necessary to ensure your plants arrive in vibrant health.
4. What should I do when my roses arrive?
We recommend planting your new roses as soon as possible to help them acclimate. Each shipment includes tailored planting instructions for your specific varieties.
Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our products with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the condition of your plants upon arrival, please contact us for a return or exchange.
2. How do I initiate a return?

3. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or in poor health. Custom or special order items may not be eligible for return; please check with us at the time of ordering.
