However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines our straightforward process for returns and exchanges.
Our Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products and to ensure the health of our plants, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:
- Custom or special order roses (e.g., specific Hybrid Tea or Grandiflora varieties ordered in bulk for an event).
- Roses that have been planted, repotted, or removed from their original growing container.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our customer care team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you quickly.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions on where to ship your return. Please do not send anything back to us without an RMA number.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship your return to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note: The cost of original shipping is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [email protected] using the process outlined above.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
