Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your order ships.

Please note: We ship globally but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility Window

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • In the original growing container (not planted or repotted)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products and to ensure plant health, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom or special order roses (e.g., specific Hybrid Tea or Grandiflora varieties ordered in bulk for events)
  • Roses that have been planted, repotted, or removed from their original growing container
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer care team at [email protected] using the template provided below.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in its original packaging with a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of your refund approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note: The original shipping cost is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange for the same item, please contact us at [email protected] using the process outlined above.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
