4. Order and Payment Terms

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your order ships.

5. Shipping Policy

We ship globally but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. Please check our shipping information page for current restrictions.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: via DHL or FedEx – $12.95 (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: via EMS – Free for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after shipment)

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country. FloraFinesse is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other regulatory agencies.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We take immense pride in the quality of our roses. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
• Items must be in the original packaging
• Items must be in the original growing container (not planted or repotted)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

• Custom or special order roses
• Roses that have been planted, repotted, or removed from their original container
• Items not in their original condition

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
2. Wait for instructions and a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Ship the item to the address provided with the RMA number

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

As living plants, roses may be affected by factors beyond our control such as planting conditions, weather, and local environment. FloraFinesse cannot guarantee the long-term survival or performance of plants after delivery.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
